Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Course for Contractors - The Gloucester County Soil Conservation District, Rowan University, and the NJ Department of Agriculture sponsored on November 2 &3, 2005 a Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Course for Contractors. This one-day lecture and one half-day field course was designed to to refresh the professionals on the installation and maintenance of soil erosion and sediment control measures in the field and how to be in compliance with your certified Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Plan.
