New Jersey Conservation Poster Contest
The NJ Conservation Poster Contest provides students in grades 2 through 12 a creative opportunity to learn more and express their thoughts about conservation and natural resources by designing a poster based upon each year's designated theme. The poster contest is sponsored by local conservation districts, the New Jersey Association of Conservation Districts, and the NJ Department of Agriculture. Winners of the Gloucester District contest will advance to the statewide contest, where cash prizes will be awarded. Winners of the state contest will then advance to the nationwide contest, sponsored by the National Association of Conservation Districts.
Students will compete in the following grade categories: 2nd-3rd, 4th-6th, 7th-9th, and 10th-12th. Entries will be judged based on: conservation message, originality, visual effectiveness, and overall appeal.
The 2026 poster contest is now closed. Thank you to all students and educators that participated!
